Newly renovated oasis with all new kitchen appliances, furniture, matress and two smart tv's. The bathroom has a vent that connects to your device and plays music, and the toilet is a Japanese styled smart toilet with bidet and heated seats. The dedicated work zone will help you get needed work done, and the rest of the place is for your relaxation and enjoyment. Come home to peace and tranquility where neighbors report they haven't locked their doors in years.

Just minutes away is the world famous NASA with its discovery center, also Kemah Boardwalk, a popular entertainment area is just 5 miles away.. many restraunts and supermarkets are just a short drive away.

Beautiful Clear lake has fishing, jet skinning and boating opportunities and you are just a 30-minute drive to the historic beach town of Galveston Texas.

Everything you can want inside the space and outside all the way to OUTER Space is at your fingertips.

***Important note - please only park in right side of garage or right side of the driveway directly behind the garage. The left parking space and left side of the driveway is for the main house guest. If you part on the left side your CAR WILL BE TOWED at your own expense. Thank you for understanding.
