The front desk receptionist was amazing, checked on us even after we checked in! The shuttle to the Toyota Center was an added and unexpected bonus, walking back from the concert was convenient. Will be staying again!

Staying in Holiday Inn Downtown has been a great experience for me. I was able to see a beautiful scenery of the glowing lights from the gigantic building of H-Town Downtown.. The musical sound of the metro as it honks it's horn as it reaches the station.. The siren of the police cars and ambulances running for life of whoever it's trying to save.. The beautiful staff who's making sure my stay is a memorable and meaningful. For all of these, Im grateful. I'll be back to stay with them again in the near future.

Wonderful welcome and service. David at the front desk was great - extremely professional and friendly with all customers. Being my first time in Houston, I asked if it was possible to have a room overlooking the city. He tried to accommodate me as much as he could, and gave me a room with a beautiful view of the skyline. I really appreciated his manners and his good mood, he had a smile for everyone. I also loved that they offer a shuttle service. After a long day traveling, I walked to the city center to get some food, then called them when I was ready to get back to the hotel. The shuttle driver, his name was David as well, was incredibly kind - he came to pick me up at the restaurant, got off the driving seat to open the door for me, and greeted me with a big smile. We had a lovely chat on the way back. A really pleasant experience, and such a lovely guy. All in all, exceptional service throughout. Thank you!
