I had a horrible experience. I arrived earlier than everyone else, yet people who came after me were checked in before me. The front desk staff stated they were prioritizing clients who had checked in online. However, when I tried to check in online, the system directed me to go to the front desk for assistance. When I asked the staff for help, they claimed they didn’t know how to assist me and told me to wait until everyone else had been checked in. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Rude staff, terrible coffee (tastes like soap and very weak , mostly water), bad soda when ordered dinner, asked for replacement, was accused of lying. Then second one was bad. I tried explaining that maybe the machine or carbonated water was malfunctioning, was ignored. Very uninterested in help me. Same goes for front desk at check in, and breakfast. Zero customer service skills needed to work here. 259 days a year I spend in hotels across the country, and out of, I will never use this place again. Back to Marriott where we are treated like humans.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! We went for the Lions/Texans game and the stadium is literally in the hotels backyard!! Check in was painless, Katie was an absolute delight. Honestly every employee we interacted with was engaging. The breakfast food was good and the fruit water in the lobby was a great additional perk! Highly highly recommend this hotel and I NEVER leave reviews!
