This gorgeous home offers a comfortable and productive environment that's perfect for remote work or business travel. It has two furnished private balconies, one exclusively for the Master bedroom on the third floor, and the other balcony for the entire house, both with great views.

Houston Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. It met our needs and was in a safe neighborhood. The main living area was open which made it easy to gather as a family. The beds were comfortable so we all slept well. The kitchen had a very nice stove, coffee pot, air fryer, and waffle maker. We would have liked more pots and pans but were able to prepare dinners in this lovely kitchen.

Homey in the Heights
This was a perfect fit for our group of three women. We each got our own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of room to hang out together in the common spaces. The condo was extremely clean, the private garage was a welcome bonus, and the location was centrally located. There were even snacks and soft drinks waiting for us. Would definitely stay here again.

We took our two young grandsons to Houston for a fun long weekend getaway and stayed at this VRBO. The home was better than the listing. The host was easily reached and responded promptly to any questions we had. The beds were very comfy and the home had everything we needed and then some! I highly recommend this host and home! We would love to stay here again!

Great Overnight Stay
This is the perfect house in the perfect location. Ours was an overnight stay for family during the rodeo and the house slept all five adults quite comfortably. The owner is an excellent communicator and answered our questions promptly and graciously. Everything in the home was as pictured and described. The kitchen offered everything you could need to host a family meal but there are plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy if cooking isn’t your thing. It was nice to have garage parking for the cars and if you are traveling with an infant or toddler the home has a high chair and a pack n play for sleeping. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Houston.

Great place in a convenient area
I was back in H Town, where I grew up, for a quick reunion with an old friend, We needed someplace close to Montrose and the Galleria, and Sammi's place was ideally located. First off, Sammi's communication was stellar, before and during the stay. The place itself is spacious, clean, exceptionally well-stocked, and offers a good amount of privacy for up to three couples (each of whom would have their own full bath). a large living room, kitchen, and dining room make for great gathering areas, and the two car garage was very convenient. The location makes it very quick to get to midtown, the Galleria, the Heights, etc., while also offering fast access to I-10 and !-45. overall it was the ideal place for my purposes, and Sammi was a genuine pleasure to deal with -- highly recommended.

Quick trip to Houston
The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was very clean, Sanmi went above and beyond with providing toiletries, sodas, waters and a couple of other treats. We arrived approximately 30 minutes before checkin but he was very accommodating by letting us in early. He checked on us through email a couple times and we all were very impressed with the whole experience. I would highly recommend this rental. It’s minutes from downtown and lots of shopping and dining. My husband and I actually got away for a date night and found a neat spot called The Sugar Room. If you’re 21 or older, definitely check this place out. Thank you again Sanmi for a wonderful family weekend in Houston.
