I was actually kicked out of my father’s place and was very sad but when I went inside to meet the guy receptionist he made me smile. The house keepers were very polite and they also didn’t disturb me if I didnt need anything. They’re the best! I would rate this hotel and staff a 10 out of 10. Mark my words guys and gals.

It’s was awful I couldn’t even stay there booked for 2 nights and when we got there seen the biggest rat in my life outside running around then when I went into the room I asked none smoking I have 7 month old daughter roomed smelt like smoke and there where baby roaches and the sheets on the bed had burn holes in them I tried to get my money back and they gave me the runaround after runaround I even said I’ll pay for the one day and just give me back the second day nope there terrible customer service we left hr after we checked in it was so bad do not stay at this motel

Nothing great about this motel. No coffee offered in the room or lobby, I felt the springs in the bed, and there were bugs in the sink, like little spiders. I didn't see any in the bed. Overall, about average for Houston, but I won't stay there again.

I made my reservation through Expedia and it was paid and when I got to the place they told me that the system did not work and that if I needed a room I should pay for it and that I should talk to Expedia so that they would return the money to me, I did and they sent a message to the hotel to confirm if it was true and so far the hotel has not confirmed anything

Things went well! The room was nice and clean, an in the morning the attendant offered me new towels which I appreciated! This was a great hotel stay, an I liked the plethora of channels to choose from to relax and chill! Also theirs an abundant selection of restaurants to choose from! Over all 5 stars!!
