The service of the staff is exceptional. They are friendly, attentive and truly want you to have a remarkable stay. In this day and age it’s great to see exceptional service being front and center. We had to book a last minute room later in the evening. Checking was great and easy! Front desk agent was super friendly and helpful! Two downfalls, one was the bed sheets were stained and we didn’t notice until checkout. The second was they were doing an alarm test from 11:00am to 11:47am.

Garage elevators being out of service os not acceptable when self-parking is more than $30 a night. Rooms are not in any way soundproofed as advertised.
