I got into town at 2 am and they tried to charge me for 2 days. I was exhausted from being at the hospital all day and couldn’t get checked in for 2 more hours. Poor customer service and I won’t go back or use Expedia ever again.

it was just for one night, but there was hair everywhere in the bathroom like someone just got done shaving and didnt clean after themselves and red hair all over the toilet and floors

This was the first time we stayed in a Scottish Inns; it was extremely clean, the front desk staff was very nice, but the best part?? The room was nice and cool upon entry!! Some hotels turn the air condition up so far it's hard to get the room cooled off; not here...fabulous!!
