It was a quick weekend stay, and this property checked off all of our needs. The location was exactly where we needed it to be to make it to our events and allowed us to find fun things to do inbetween.

Perfect for What We Needed
House has great updates and is clean. Had a little trouble with the WiFi on the upstairs tv but otherwise all was good. I couldn’t find the extra towels so I reached out to the property manager who pointed me in their direction quickly. Overall great stay. Perfect spot that we needed for just a place to sleep while we did adventures during the day.

Nice stay for work
Nice property with 2 good parking spaces. We had good communication with the owner and were able to extend the stay too with no issues. We appreciated the convenient location. However, Uber Eats always had issues finding the place! No big deal though and definitely not a deal breaker. Thanks again.

Great tucked-away home base
The place is not a palace, but is a well-priced older villa with just-right updates everywhere you look. I worked remotely full time with flawless wifi internet access. The covered parking space was a blessing in the Houston summer. You're tucked away from the rest of the complex behind the fully-fenced courtyard, and the villas are tucked away in a beautiful suburban neighborhood, yet there is quick access by car to several major roads. Check-in and out couldn't be easier. This will be the first place I check each time I return to town.

Very cute and comfy little place
First off, I only had 2 issues. 1 the place could really use a different coffee maker. I really prefer a French Press and am not fond of Keurig pod machines. Second, the listing makes this look like a house and not a duplex. Aside from that the place is super comfortable, and convenient to everything we needed. It had plenty of room and the neighborhood was excellent. Especially at the price. The host was very accommodating and has thought of most of the things you might need. Procedures were very simple and host gets back to you quickly about any questions or requests. Over all it was a great experience. I will definitely look at this as an option if I return to Houston.
