Check in was super simple, Monique provided great instructions to get me set up. Apartment was spotless and had everything I needed for my stay. Location is very convenient for working downtown, with many eating options within walking distance.

Very convienent
I highly recommend staying at Monique’s place! The location is great since it is downtown and everything is centrally located. Parking is included when you stay just download the park wise app! Her place was clean and had enough bath towels. She was very responsive and was very understanding to any accommodations! I will tell everyone about her place!.

The building requires an app to get in the lobby however it was not able to be downloaded to a Canadian phone but the building manager was able to buzz me in via text whenever I needed within seconds.

Nice condo, great location. Close to everything. Had small issue with app, but all worked out. Plenty of parking spaces. Everything we needed, even coffee pods. Will keep this place in mind next we go to Houston.

Beautiful, clean, well stocked apartment. Communication with Monique was excellent. Loved the view of downtown Houston from the balcony. It was nice that parking was free and gated. Lots of parking space near the elevator too. My daughter took advantage of the gym, and I took advantage of the rooftop deck. Loved that it was walking distance of a great coffee shop called Slo Drip.
