Lovely newly decorated 1 bed apartment on first floor of regency town house.

The apartment is small and compact but it has everything you might need for your stay.
Guests will have full access to everything in the apartment.
I will be happy to offer advice at any time before or during the stay.
The location of the apartment is amazing. It is moments from the beach, and from Hove lawns. It is just off of Western Rd very close to Brighton and Hove's top bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
It is easy to walk from the apartment into town, but it is close to bus stops to catch a bus into the centre of Brighton (5 mins), or further afield to Brighton Marina, or along the south coast to Worthing or Eastbourne. It is also very easy to phone for a taxi or flag one down. I can usually arrange visitors parking permits for you. These cost £7 per day. Alternatively there is on road parking outside of the apartment which you can pay for, please read the signs very carefully and only park where you are allowed to (incl. not in the loading bay) the traffic wardens are extremely hot in this area and will ticket you if you are parking in the wrong place. During your stay you could also hire a bike for a very reasonable cost and make use of the cities extensive network of cycle paths.
