"Inspite of some revues I had read this place is clean, has a great lake in front with koi carp. Very close to the shopping centre which bus and S line can be accessed through.. No tea making facilities in room but when asked they kindly gave us a kettle and cups. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot. "

"Nice hotel , but certain staff members need a chase up , miserable ignorant bar staff and maybe a bit of common courtesy of being able to book in by changing the language setting on the silly tablets from German and also the food menus etc etc , Sorry but this hole sadly let us down in many ways , ah well, for me I’d never go back "
