Furnished apartment, excellent central location, it has a full kitchenet room in place, one bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people, bathroom and shower with hot water, there is fiber optic wifi, cable TV, has its own balcony and access to a large terrace, external security cameras, 200 m to the Pacific Ocean.
The space
It's a family, cozy place, it has a lot of light and ventilation. It is also a safe place, it has external security cameras. We have a laundry room. It doesn't have an electric washing machine right now. We have the toiletries so the guest can clean their space.

Each guest has terrace access and barbecue area.

Our guests must keep their apartment clean and not make excessive noise.
