"No era para nada lo que se veía en las fotos. Llame 2 horas antes para avisar que llegaba y no respondían, no encontraba el hotel y seguía llamando y nada. Al fin lo encontramos y nadie nos habría la puerta, salió un chico borracho que no tenia idea de la reserva. Estaba solo. No nos daba ninguna solución. Entramos porque mi niña quería ir al baño y los cuartos sucios, olía terrible. Después llegó una chica y lo mismo, no sabía nada, ella solo vivía ahí. Al rato salió un señor totalmente...

"The place is big and comfortable, the shower is perfect - hot with good pressure. Breakfast is good - eggs, bread and jam, coca tea, coffee and juice. The staff are great and knowledgeable about tours and can arrange them for you . The only negative is that there are many neighbourhood dogs which are so noisy barking all night that I couldn't sleep well. Bring earplugs. The hotel is highly recommended."

"We loved staying here! We even extended our stay by 4 extra days/ Staff has been amazing and super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. There is a common kitchen that could be better equipped, but it worked ok for us to cook some meals. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. I would definitely come back! "

"The property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area where the hotel is located is not in the center of town, but is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff to fulfill our requests. They helped us find a tour operator, which was fabulous! The only downside was that there was no heat in the rooms or the bathroom. It gets chilly at night at that elevation. It would have been nice to have some heat in the bathroom so you don't get too cold getting out of the shower. "

"Repulsive. I heard a lot of noise yesterday from 11PM to around 4AM, loud music, banging on the walls, and people yelling. The manager proceeded to explain that those are their “hotel parties” and that they “only” throw them every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - this HOTEL THROWS PARTIES UNTIL 4AM. Those parties can be heard very clearly throughout the entire hotel. That’s not even mentioning the rooms and the manager; the rooms smell like mold, the water ran brown, the WiFi simply doesn’t work, the AC was absolutely INFESTED with mold, the cleaners barged in on me naked, and the views from the back rooms are of slums, about 15 feet away from the windows. Furthermore, the manager Liz is beyond condescending, tried hard to deny us a refund (that we ended up having the get through Expedia after reporting the Hotel as a health hazard and talking to customer service for hours). Liz, the manager, did not know I spoke Spanish, and I overheard her telling one of the staff to “get them some free food quick so we don’t have to pay their refund”. After we managed to force a refund through Expedia, she turned even more sour, attempting to contact Expedia to attempt to give us only a partial refund. Absolute joke of a hotel. The ONE upside I can possibly come up with, is that all the staff (Except the manager) are lovely people who were absolutely willing to help."
