Very noisy Couldn t open window because motorway noise Need triple glazing on windows No disabled parking Room was clean and bed comfortable but couldn t sleep because of outside nooise

Has the best quality at a reasonable price, probably due to not having a dining area. Staff are normally on the ball if you're checking in late after a very long journey which works well for us. Conveniently located next to M62. Nag's Head next door which has choice of either bar meal or restaurant and is better quality than your usual pub.

Basic hotel which was expected for the price. Air con did not seem to work, rooms were way too hot and window only opened slightly. Paid extra breakfast but was not a proper breakfast as expected just a 'grab and go'. Bacon sandwich was just 2 rashers of bacon. very disappointing. Would have gone to Greggs down the road if we were aware of this beforehand. Staff were all friendly and really helpful.
