You'll enjoy beautiful lakes views from the many windows, 2 bedroom balconies and spacious deck. There's space for relaxing, family fun and entertaining.
Enjoy this private townhome as well as the gorgeous Mariners Landing community. Walk to Bruno's restaurant for dinner. You are just a few short minutes from the SML State Park where you'll find a sandy beach, hiking trails, nature center and more.

Lovely getaway
We needed a place to stay while our addition was being completed. Stayed at SML for a week. It was a great house with a very nice view of the water. The kitchen and home are very well-appointed. It was a perfect respite week away from construction.
