The hotel was quaint, the staff was extremely attentive, and our stay was peaceful. My father, who is a 75-year-old Sri Lankan native, has severe Alzheimer's disease and the staff at The Radh took extra care to attend to his needs and make him feel safe and welcome. I was extremely impressed and felt at ease with the reassurance of the front desk staff. The front desk manager provided exemplary service to our family. He assisted with SO many needs that we expressed during our stay. Our experience was above and beyond. My daughter enjoyed her birthday at the hotel, as well. She felt very special and was sad to leave.Thank you so much! We will stay at this hotel again when we return to Sri-Lanka. "
