Our room was the penthouse and very spacious, the bed was very hard but they provided us with a topper. Hard beds seem to be a theme in Vietnam, so it’s generally best to always ask for a topper. "Everything is exactly like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are brilliant and helped with anything we needed. They will happily organise tours for you if you would like. We stayed here 2 nights and very much enjoyed. Most places are within a mile so you can walk easily. Even after we checked out and had to wait in the lobby for our transfer they held our bags and gave us free cold water while we waited. I could not recommend enough."
