The main house was built by the owners in 1876 off the Land! Also included is the Guest Lodge. Just an awesome property for family vacations, reunions, company retreats and adventures!
Located just one mile from Historic Hullets Landing you will find the Hullets Landing Marina with groceries and rentals. A rustic 9-hole golf course, basketball court, tennis court, a lifeguarded swimming area and room for frisbee and barbecues!
A fantastic woodland setting within the Adirondack State Park with spectacular lake views to watch the sunrise and sunset. Lots of awesome wildlife to enjoy!
A 114' Hillside Tram provides a beautiful ride down to the Boathouse and Reading Room, with porch on top of the lake. An E-shaped dock will accommodate up to two 26' boats. With steps down to a shallow swimming area, and a sandy bottom for kids one through one hundred!
Snorkeling is highly is recommended!
If you prefer to walk down to the water, you can take the steps through the woods with built-in benches for a rest or to just enjoy the natural surroundings in the shade.
There is a stone grill at the 1876 House as well as grills at the Guest Lodge and down by the water for lakeside events.
The 1876 House with large covered porch is beautifully furnished with views to last a lifetime. With four bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A spacious living room with an antique Steinway Piano, a dinning area for 10, and breakfast nook for 8, with a large picnic table on the porch for outside dining.
On the first floor of the 1876 House is a king size bedroom and full bathroom. The second floor has another king size bedroom, a queen bedroom and two twin beds in the third room and bathroom.
The Guest Lodge is secluded but close enough to the 1876 House with easy access to the tram, a large wrap-around deck, a sunroom with dining area, a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. A queen sofa bed is by the fireplace in the living room, sleeping a total of 6 comfortably.
