I attend a conference in Hull every year and the hotel is very close to meeting building. I just cross the road to attend the conference. It is an old building but the room is clean and the bed was comfortable.

Easy parking at the rear, Swift check in. Clean and spacious room with great shower (rm9), 20% off food downstairs in the pub.

No thrills satisfaction hotel

I had a room in the back of the hotel near a noisy boiler / air conditioning unit. Given it was a warm evening in the summertime it was an uncomfortable night. The breakfast was fine and staff helpful.

Nice place handy for the university

I was on a conference at the uni and needed somewhere handy to stay overnight and this place was perfect friendly comfy warm ( weather was v cold and frosty) and fitted the bill perfectly I cannot fault it thanks guys this is a good decent place to stay!

Brilliant staff

The staff were brilliant we happened to be there on quiz night that was very entertaining. Food was really nice great value and you get 20% off as a hotel guest. Highly recommend

The staff on arrival were frendly and helpful room was normal but bath mat had what looked like blood on it and bath towels had yellow stains on them both food was good as always waiter was polite and friendly drinks serve was nice and polite breakfast lady was a little rude food was ok

Room was basic but clean so it was ok for a one or two nights stay. Food in pub was good and service was prompt.Was allocated a room at rear of pub which was quiet. Car park at rear was handy.
