"Just an over night stay. The ladies were excellent on the check in reception, friendly, organised, offered information on the city, and the bar and restaurant facilities. Shame the pool is not functional. But was explained that it has been since pre Covid."

"The hotel was excellent however Expedia had not informed the hotel we were on bed and breakfast so took a while to sort out but staff were very helpful . Not many restaurants in the area ."

"The room was clean. A bit noisy from the road but not a problem. Kettle and tv worked. Bathroom was fine. Perfect for a nights stay. "

"On arrival given room key which didn’t work call reception lady came to open the door she couldn’t taken to another room her key still didn’t work finally got another key the next day the keys still didn’t work had 3 in total was told that the battery would be changed in the door no one did this , the shower wouldn’t turn off had to call someone to do this, was told over the phone that we’d be able to get snacks but closed on the Friday night all in all not great!!!!"

"We had a couple of problems during our stay. Our hosts were on holiday in a rrmote part of the country so communication could be delayed because of poor mobile connection. However they curtailed their holiday and rectified matters as soon as they were able. I would certainly stay there again as The sawmill is very centraal, shops nearby and close to transport hubs. Highly recommmended despite the problems we had."
