The house was completed in June 2016. A new building with a lot of comfort and extras.
A pellet stove provides cozy warmth in the living room. A modern heat pump provides additional warmth in winter and pleasant coolness in summer.
The large window front in the living room offers a wonderful view of the lake. Lying on the sofa, you can enjoy the view, watch TV (German programs), or simply read a book in peace.
The bathroom, which has a walk-in shower, is heated by underfloor heating. There are radiators in both bedrooms.
In the modern and very well equipped kitchen you will find a washing machine and a dishwasher.
On the large, south-facing terrace there is a large table with plenty of seating, as well as a sturdy parasol and two loungers.
You will also find an original Swedish hot tub next to the terrace. This is wood-fired and offers the perfect place to relax under the stars in the middle of nature.
The house is located 150m from a natural lake with its own bathing and boat dock. Here you are all to yourself. Privacy and unforgettable bathing / fishing moments are guaranteed.
A rowing boat is at your disposal with which you can explore the extensive lake with its small bays in peace.
Shops, petrol stations and ATMs are 9 km away. The narrow-gauge railway, which takes them through nature to the sea in Västervik, also stops here.
