"When I first pulled up to the property I was unimpressed, though I'd read the positive reviews. It's an older property, in an old part of town. It's simply one long building of two stories, with exterior entrances, like many old motels. Nothing particularly remarkable about it, and the sign, as I recall, is pretty rundown. Super easy check, clean, walking distance to everything, and I really liked that there was parking big enough for my truck and cargo trailer.
