My room offers an awesome view of the city and the lake. The facility was good. However, the cleaning staffs have some room for improvement. They didn't bring me 4 towels as I requested multiple times. They didn't really clean my bed and vacuum the room diligently. The swimming pool and the hot tub is a bit outdated. The restaurant at the hotel is kind of expensive. Other than that, I love this hotel. I will definitely revisot it if I visit Guangzhou again in the future.

This is a very luxurious hotel, the room was expertly cleaned everyday and the gym and spa area was immaculate and probably the best I have experienced in terms of quality and facilities. Initially we had a room facing the main junction which we found a bit noisy. We got moved to a room on the opposite side which was much quieter. I am sensitive to sound so maybe other guests would be fine. The Michelin star restaurant was amazing for a treat and not too expensive. Breakfast is fantastic quality albeit a bit pricey. Only negative is level of English amongst front desk staff varies from excellent to non-existent, so it depends on your luck the kind of service you get.
