"1. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Employees at the restaurant cannot really communicate or answer questions unfortunately (other than the lovely woman in breakfast) 2. "The apartment is simply gorgeous. It is fully equipped with everything you could need. We cook a lot when on holiday and the kitchen lacked nothing. The balcony faces south east so you get the sun most of the day. The river at the bottom of the garden provides a very relaxing sound. Walking routes are available in almost every direction, a great place to come to build up your fitness at your own pace. I cannot recommend this place enough for a relaxing yet energetic holiday location!"

"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "
