2 Priory Court is an attractive and spacious detached red brick property in the centre of the popular coastal village of Thornham. Offering comfortable and modern accommodation with the bonus of a games room, this hideaway also boasts a large rear garden. Surrounded by picturesque walks, the beach is just a 20 minute walk away, with the village pub just a two minute walk away.

Curated for a multi-generational family, 2 Priory Court offers all necessities including a highchair and tumble drier. The ground floor comprises of a well-equipped kitchen, light and bright dining room, reception room with deep sofas, and a handy utility room. For a rainy day or evening in, there is a games room featuring darts and a pool table. A convenient study room makes a quiet space for any guests needing to work from home, or requiring a quiet place to unwind. Dogs will love exploring the large garden, meaning there is something here for every family member. Upstairs, four inviting bedrooms, each with a television, are presented; three double bedrooms (one with en suite shower room), and a twin room. A good-sized family bathroom featuring bath with shower over completes this floor. Little extras, such as the Krups coffee machine, the leather topped writing bureau and the wine cooler, add homely touches. Outside, the large garden is bordered by a mature hedge providing privacy. This generous space is great for family games, and for supervised children and dogs to run around. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided for al fresco dining.

Located in the middle of the village, 2 Priory Court boasts some wonderful places to eat right on the doorstep; the award-winning gastropub The Orange Tree is just around the corner, ten minutes walk away, The Thornham Deli offers great breakfasts and relaxed dining, 20 minutes walks or two minutes away by car there is a selection of eateries at the Drove Orchards, including superb fish and chips or pizza at Eric's. Walkers and birdwatchers are spoilt for choice with the North Norfolk coastal path and Peddar's Way moments away, Holme Dunes Nature Reserve approximately a 45 minute walk away, and RSPB Titchwell Reserve a short drive away. Access to walks across the Thornham marshes is a short walk away along The Green. Thornham also has its own beautiful, often deserted, wide sandy beach which is waiting to be discovered. The expansive beach at Brancaster with its resident seal colony is ten minutes drive way. The Coasthopper bus stops in the village, making it easy to get anywhere along the coast.
