Brand new unit renovation with all modern features. Skiers: literally, steps from your door to trail & lift. Click in and Go! Trailside walk on for all resort amenities and events from the comfort of our slope-side Condo@ Hunter Highlands featuring: full modern kitchen, cooking utensils/kitchenware. Complimentary Coffee, tea, drip coffee pot / electric kettle. 1 bath w/ European Spa /Bench, tiled Shower. Bedroom includes fully adjustable remote control queen size bed, 100% cotton goose down comforter, duvet and linen bedding; two (2) plush robes and slippers provided, ultra HD Smart TV. The Living area features built-in cabinetry, ultra HD Smart TV, wireless internet, bluetooth wireless speakers. Custom “Coddle" sofa, convertible to a full-size bed. Utility / mud room includes new washer and dryer. All the comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchen for eating in, and relaxation after a great day in the Mountains. Pets are welcome.

We ensure full unit cleaning and surface disinfection before and after EVERY stay. We continue to rely upon our professional cleaner(s) using high quality bleach/disinfectant for bathroom, all household surfaces, utensils etc. and linens.
Enjoy full access to all mountain sports, spa amenities at Hunter Mountain Resort: Skiing, Hiking, Concerts, Festivals, Restaurants, Day Spa, Seasonal Chair Rides to the Mountaintop, Pubs and fireplaces at the Lodge; Or, make this your starting point for antiquing, local art, nature and foodie /craft exploration.
THERE ARE SOME No's: Parties, Family Gatherings and the like are Prohibited by the Condo Association. This Unit is approx. 780 sq. feet and is expressly leased only as a residence Unit for 2-3 persons.
There is a per diem extra person charge in the event that you exceed the occupancy requirement. No Smoking.
No Loud music after 9:00, pm. For safety and well being, an outside motion-activated Blink security system covers the patio area, the slider doors at the main entrance.

Ski in, ski out. Walking distance to Hunter Mountain. It appears that the condo was recently updated with some nice finishes like quartz countertop in the kitchen with a tile backsplash and more. Nice place. Will definitely book again!

We thought this condo was the perfect ski side rental for a short vacation in the mountains! It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Tim and Bonita were easy to reach to help make the changes we needed to extend our stay by a few days which we were very happy about. I absolutely look foward to staying here again and would recommend this condo rental to anybody looking to get away for a few days to the mountains.

We spent 2 nights in this slope-side condo during the Presidents' Day long weekend. It is very clean and cozy. The location is convenient to ski to the lifts in the morning and ski/walk back at the end of the day. They have almost everything you will need for a ski getaway. Tim and Bonita were very helpful in the check-in/out process. They’re also quickly responsive to the questions we had during our stay. In conclusion, I highly recommend it.

Great place near he slopes
Clean, modern, well-appointed condo. Much nicer than your typical slope side condo. You can walk/ski to the slopes at Hunter, which was super-convenient. It's not a huge place, but perfect for 2-3 people as advertised. I went with my two kids and we were perfectly comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Ski in/ski out convenience in a beautiful package
This was perfect for a one-family, two-night ski getaway. You can fall out the door onto one of the beginners runs, which was great, since we were working with our 5-year-old new skier--way more convenient than the Hunter Mountain Slopeside condos for this scenario. The property is well-equipped and well laid out for such a compact space. Shower only, no bath, for those who might care, but we didn't--and several small things (fast hot water to the rainshower shower head, towel heater, and built-in space heater) made cleaning up after a day on the slopes just a little more luxurious. Proactive owners are also quickly responsive to communication and take COVID-19 precautions seriously. We would love to stay here again.
