"The room and staff were lovely. Walking distance to a local pub with good food. Pool was advertised but not fit for swimming despite it being Spring and warm weather. Great value for money though and would stay again. "

"The room that was allocated to me the bed is sagged in the middle. Bathroom floor tiles look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Exterior paint work is peeling off especially fascia eaves. Doorways are knocked around. Why I was allocated this particular room as it was for disabled persons when there was other rooms available. "

"The new owners are trying hard, but....the lighting in the room was very ordinary and the advertised wifi was intermittent at best. I understand this is about to be upgraded but is still being advertised as available on Expedia. Parking was tight, I was squeezed between two big vehicles. The good news: management is friendly and helpful, the cleanliness can’t be faulted and it’s surprisingly quiet."
