"The check in process was delayed and unorganized and when we got into the unit we were shocked to see only two beds when listing showed 3 beds. When speaking to the host he was extremely rude and told us we were wrong. We sent screenshots and he told us he wasn’t seeing those things on his side. Cleaners were still in the room after 4:00 when we walked in. Sheets were thrown in closet in a ball. There weren’t enough dishes for the number of people it allowed. No furniture on balcony and not much...

"We came to Charlotte for the Chiefs/Panthers game. We were delighted that the home was within easy walking distance. In fact, everything we needed was within walking distance--groceries, restaurants, and sights of interest such as NASCAR Hall of Fame. "

"My wife and i visited with another couple for a weekend in Charlotte. We went to the Charlotte FC match while we were in town. The location of the place was excellent. Walking distance to the stadium as well as to many restaurants and bars. Jamie was a great host and was available for any questions. The place was clean and the check in process was easy. We enjoyed the balcony for our morning coffee and evening drinks. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. The building has a couple of restaurants/bars attached that served great...

The views of the lake are breathtaking, and the condo itself is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—convenient to great restaurants, Birkdale Village, and all the surrounding areas. I always have an amazing experience here and will definitely be returning again. "Staying a few days while we visit family for the holidays. The beds are comfy, & the extra blankets are cozy on the chilly nights. The place is spotless. We cooked a few side dishes to take to Thanksgiving as the kitchen is well equipped. Will be back. "
