The staff consistently provides exceptional service, with Kendra at the front desk being particularly outstanding. When I accidentally left my passport in our room, she immediately took charge of the situation. She arranged for a driver who was already heading to Belize to turn around, retrieve my passport, and deliver it to me in Belize City. We're already planning to return next summer."
