"Can’t believe this place wasn’t packed out for Christmas. We had Christmas lunch there and the bistro food is superb. It’s a shame there aren’t any dedicated accommodation staff but everyone else at the hotel are wonderful. Highly recommend this place for Christmas Day, especially but it should be booked out every day."

"The room we had was so beautiful. Although the bathroom was across the hall, it was only ours. Very private and secure for our own toiletries. We could not believe how comfortable and safe we felt in our first B&B experience. The inclusive breakfast was amazing. Choice on private menu and the coffee was perfect. We will definitely be back. "

"My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely bed & breakfast. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep after a long and exciting day of travel. The property also features a peaceful, spacious backyard with beautiful flowers and sheep, which adds to the charm. "A beautiful location with a magic view, and lots of birds and larger animals. Not for everyone, though, as many will miss their TV and air conditioner. But for the nature lover, a great place to unwind and relax."

"Amazing, we stayed 2 nights. Loved the cabin, especially the outdoor bath. Had a few furry friends come visit too. Fire place kept us warm as it was a bit chilly at night. Only thing I would recommend is to have 2 sets of towels as it was a bit hard to get them dry after use. "

"So well appointed. Every need has been anticipated, from the umbrella outside your door in case of rain to the Christmas tree in the lounge for the festive season and the home made fruit cake slices for supper. There is nothing I could suggest to make this more comfortable."

"The cabin is beautifully appointed and comfortable. The location is just serene. The river is peaceful and we did manage to see a platypus. Location wise is great base for the Huon valley. We loved our stay and would love to return"

"Accommodation was very well-presented, nice views and included breakfast delivered to the door around 8:30am. There was a number of wallabies on the lawn outside our apartment around dusk which was a nice experience. One criticism, though, was that the room was very stuffy. Despite our best efforts, the air-conditioning kept resetting to a temperature higher than we would have liked. "

"Beautiful and enchanting! Wonderful experience all around! Highly recommend- you have to find a way to stay here. If we knew it was so nice, we would have stayed 2 nights but we already had paid reservations in another town for the next day. Breakfast included also. "

"Excellent and frequent communication pre-stay. Warmly greeted upon arrival, shown around the facility before being led to glorious Garden Courtyard room on lower floor. Very spacious room with either side of the bed having direct access to bathroom facilities, robes, ironing facilities and tea making facilities behind the bed head panel. "Nice place to stay. Unfortunately the view of the bay was limited to looking out the window of the upstairs bedroom. Not all units have a view of the bay. Could do with some new pots and pans and updated furniture. Clock radio in lounge was from the 70’s. "
