Steinberger is an exceptional hotel that we highly recommend. Our stay was truly unforgettable. Nermine, at reception, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The facilities definitely match a five star hotel but in general that little extra is all about the staff and the little things and these things were absolutely perfect and the staff was beyond incredible.

Beautiful resort! The spa was great. I would recommend. Only complain would be to heat the lazy river pool, it was freezing, colder than the ocean, so it wasn’t as relaxing as it could have been.

Best All Inclusive resort.

Amazing stay with the family. Food and service was beyond our expectations. Only recommendation would be to have more of a non-smoking area in the lobby/bar.
