Splash is the vacation home you have always dreamed of, with a private pool, private spa, splash pad, and outdoor fireplace; you will never run out of things to do!

Splash is a beautiful 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath home that comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee on the patio watching the sunrise over your private pool. Head out to Sand Hollow Reservoir for a day full of adventure; cliff jumping, paddle boarding, exploring the sand dunes, or renting a boat for the day are just a few examples of all the fun to be had! For a more relaxing day, grab a pool floatie and head out back to your private pool! The kids will love being able to splash around in the splash pad instead of fully submerged. With many lounge chairs, catching rays is enjoyable in or out of the water! The fully equipped kitchen, barbeque, indoor and outdoor seating make dinner parties for friends and family a breeze. Grab a cold drink and relax your tired muscles in your private hot tub as the sunset paints the sky an array of colors. Roast a few marshmallows around the fire out back under the starry night sky for a sweet treat! Our family loves to have group vacations, and we love to ride side-by-side RVs. This home is close to a great recreation (riding) area and was perfect for us! We had no complaints and will definitely return again!

Close to adventure, home for relaxing
Really nice to be so close to Sand Hollow and a nice drive to Zion. Kids loved the game room. The kitchen/ dining/ living room were great for cooking and hanging out. The pool is nice, but it was too hot to really enjoy it. Overall, really glad we found this place.

Perfect getaway
Absolutely loved this spot! Kept everyone in the family happy with all the different activities available. The pool and splash pad were a hit for the kids and the quick access to fishing and boating at sand hollow was perfect for the older teens.

Great Oasis Get Away!

Amazing Stay!
My family enjoyed our stay. The house had majority of what we need. The pool and spa felt amazing. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and located right by sand hollow park. We will definitely be returning. Host was very responsive to any questions we had!

Such a fun stay!

Beautiful and spacious property for a group stay
The main living room and kitchen space would be perfect for big groups, and was a great retreat at the end of our long days of work. The house had everything we would've wanted, and communication with the host was very timely. I would recommend others to stay here and would stay here again.
