"The room was a decent size with enough storage space for clothing that filled a large suitcase. The decor is somewhat outdated but acceptable. Breakfast was decent. Best attribute is the friendly and responsive staff who when my husband reported that our hairdryer had burnt out, came almost immediately to replace it. "

"We have been going to Cape every year, and this was by far my most favorite place to stay. The place itself is so charming and clean and the owner was super friendly and helpful. SOOO quiet didn't hear a peep from anyone else. And the bed was the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in years. The beach was literally a 2 minute walk and it was a very nice beach. LOVE LOVE LOVE. "
