"Loved our stay in this cute little loft, the room was clean and tidy, with a great view of the mountain! Conceiege staff was lovely. The only thing travelers may have to bear in mind, is the staffs spoke limited English; there was one night we couldn’t turn the heater on and phoned the Conceiege, however the lady didn’t speak English so she asked us to seek help next day when her colleague (who spoke English) is back. It’s not too cold without the heater so we’re fine with it. "

"The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The coffee machine made my coffee perfect every morning to begin my day. The hotel was within walking distance to all the hikes we didn’t have to drive anywhere."

"Best location in Zakopane if you are there for nature and hikes rather than souvenir bonanza and get-me-the-smoked-cheese crowd control in Zakopane center. The hotel is less than 3 years old, very fresh and with super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is gourmet level but be aware only open Thursday-Sunday (both dinner and lunch). "
