"Great boutique hotel (family owned & operated) a relative short walk (but up hill) from the ferry port and shops & restaurants. The hotel has a great old world Greek vibe with a very friendly snd helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Hydra again."

"House in quiet residential area. Owner very responsive to requests. Walk to property is 15-20 minutes uphill from harbor. Make sure to wear good shoes. Air conditioner on both floors, Appreciated having a washing machine."

Hydra really exceeded my expectations. You get the beauty of the Greek islands, but it’s quieter, calmer, and not as crowded. Highly reccomnd the beaches on the island that are only accessible by boat.
