Point positif la localisation face à la mer sinon appartement sombre et pas propre mais le confort rien à redire clim lave vaisselle lave linge place parking et le climat du sud

Comme dans le titre mon ressenti après être entré dans l'appartement et l'état de cette appartement tout est user par le temps les portes fenêtres ne tiennent pas bien fermée, les volets ne se ferme plus. La cuisine à un plafond sale les tapisseries sont d'une autre époque.

Nous avons passé une semaine,le logement est parfaitement situé en face d'une plage ! activités paddle a proximité,port de Hyères a 20 minutes à pieds,avec marché nocturne tous les soirs et les restos

Séjour à Hyeres

Emplacement superbe, beaucoup de choses à faire, marchés, Porqueroles, Bormes les mimosas, Giens... et la mer juste en face. Les plages sont moyennes (cailloux) mais venant de l'atlantique la comparaison est difficile. Un point NOIR la propreté de l'appartement à l'arrivée. Poussière partout, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur sales avec traces de gras. Certaines poêles devraient être jetées. Nous avons passé presque 2 heures à tout nettoyer... il manque des petites cuillères et des verres. L'accueil est quand même sympathique et agréable ! A découvrir

Logement parfaitement adapté pour une famille de 6

Nous avons loué pour une semaine avec ma femme 3 adolescents et une enfant (16/15/14 et 6ans) du 09/07/22 au 16/07/22,le duplex est très bien agencé et équipé ,tout est disponible pour cuisiner sauf un bon couteau de cuisine bien tranchant pour préparer le poisson que vous aurez péché le Matin même sur la plage😅 ,les couchages sont top la literie parfaite (ferme à souhait mais pas trop) ,possible de coucher sur place avec même 5 personnes de plus , c'est dire! la climatisation est vraiment agréable et programmable, l'accueil et le départ ont été chaleureux et cordiaux Anne-Marie et Jean-Louis sont charmants . Le coin est super et vraiment plus agréable que Saint-Tropez ou ramatuelle ,plein d'activités alentours, à moins d'une heure des plus belles plages,bref PAR-FAIT!!!! Avec plaisir pour une nouvelle location. Nos amitiés de l'Aisne tout juste 1000km plus haut☺️ Cordialement : Sébastien, Christine et les enfants

Appartement Idéalement bien situé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux pour 8 personnes au bord de la mer. Monsieur et madame Jarro nous on bien accueilli. Un petit bémol pour l’électroménager qui commencent à être vétuste, et la vaisselle qui n’était pas propre.

Lage sehr gut, geräumig, guter Platz für 6-7 Personen, nette Vermieter. Telefonnummer stimmte nicht ?! Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, Ausstattung schon älter aber umfangreich , Geschirrspüler defekt.

Un séjour très agréable !

Idéalement situé face à la mer, cette location offre de nombreux avantages, avec des commerces à proximité, des chambres relativement grandes, un grand séjour et une cuisine parfaitement équipée. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponible. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Bella posizione fronte mare

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane del mese di agosto, eravamo 6 adulti e un bimbo di 2 anni, la posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro città, le spiagge di Gièns e le isole Porquèrolle. L'appartamento non era finemente pulito, i letti matrimoniali(2) sono a una piazza e mezza, il pavimento soppalcato è molto rumoroso quando si cammina, nel complesso la casa è da riammodernare, i proprietari sono cortesi e rispondono alle necessità.

Logement et situation : excellent

Sejour à l'Aygade formidable et nous pensons le renouveler des que possible. Quel plaisir d avoir la mer sous nos yeux et pouvoir admirer les voiliers. Logement (avec parking privé) très agréable, propre et confortable avec une très bonne répartition des pièces (nous étions 2 couples et 3 enfants) très bien décorées. Excellente situation : plage et centre commercial et piste cyclable . Je recommande ce logement.

Très pratique accès dans parking privé .Des que l'on entre dans l'appartement confortablement équipé on se sent bien comme dans une villa cette spacieuse pièce avec deux portes fenêtres donnent accès à une grande terrasse face à la mer.Et là apparait la vue panoramique sur tous ces bleus de la méditerranée et les îles vous donnant envie d'aller à la plage juste devant à une centaine de mètres .On peut s'approvisionner se restaurer ou se distraire sur la place à 10 minutes près des plages .Très bel endroit pour passer très confortablement de bonnes vacances avec les meilleurs conseils des propriétaires d'une rare gentillesse Nous y retournerons des que nous aurons la possibilité .

La Méditerranée à 20 mètres de l'appartement, les iles du Levant et de Porquerolles en panoramique face à la terrasse, difficile de ne pas se sentir bien dès l'intallation. Tout est opérationnel, salle de bains comme cuisine, au rez-de-chaussée, et le cabinet de toilette/douche de l'étage, près des 3 chambres du 1er étage, est le bienvenu. L'appartement était bien tenu lors de la réception, comme annoncé lors d'un échange téléphonique. Les propriétaires ont répondu à toutes nos questions, leurs recommandations de commerçants et pizzerias et/ou restaurants sont fiables. Dernier point très positifs, l'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de visites vers les iles d'Hyères, mais aussi de l'autre côté vers les belles plages de La Londe, de l'Estagnol, ou encore du Fort de Brégançon. Le centre d'Hyères est à moins de 10 minutes, et Toulon à moins d'une demi-heure. Nous reviendrons à l'Ayguade et le conseillerions à des amis qui voudraient séjourner à Hyères.
