I love staying here but the parking is terrible. You have to haul all your luggage through the mall, into the casino and finally the front desk. Very inconvenient. They need to figure out better parking for guests and parking is very expensive, with no discounts for locals

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, we weren't informed majority of their pools were closed, and there was only one of them open - which we didn't attend until our last day's stay. This is something we would've enjoyed every day, but no one told me, even being a Hilton Honors Gold Member. Furthermore, we didn't get any room service until our last day, moments before we left. We typically enjoy ourselves at Hilton's properties, but this one was slightly annoying for those reasons. Otherwise, everything was as expected - clean, good tasting, accessible, and inviting.
