"I'm really glad we stayed here. It's as close to perfect as possible. Situated in a small village (with restaurants, shopping, EV charging, etc. not far away) it's a perfect location to explore the Pyrenees and their attractions. The hosts are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything we needed was provided. Would have no hesitation at all in recommending Le Balcon des Cimes to friends and family. "

"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....

"We cannot not be happier with our stay. Audrey and William are the friendliest of hosts with whom we shared laughs and stories. They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. The farm animals were friendly and playful. Breakfast was delicious. Needless to say we want to return on the next opportunity!"

"The area though about 14 minute slow walk to the Basilica of Lourdes is good for the price of the hotel. The things I didn’t like: the bathroom is not ideal for elderly guests because the partition in the shower is not fixed. You really have to be careful as not to slip and accidentally hold on to the partition. It could break. There are fruit flies landing on the croissants at breakfast. Dinner was good. Buffet but only served pork as the main dish. Vegans or veterarians have options. "
