"There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."

"Location was great but only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The rooms were dirty, no housekeeping- 5 days after arriving I had to ask them to empty our bins, change bedding & towels. That was the only time our bedding was changed in 14 nights. Ants all over the dining area next to drinks dispenser, shortage of cups & glasses during dining. Bar area was filthy, limited drinks.
