I appreciated all of the staff and that there was an airport shuttle service. The shuttle was on time and he was very courteous. The breakfast options were great and we utilized and enjoyed the pool and hot tub!!! I also very much appreciated the generous area for putting my suitcase next to the desk. It was definitely a great value for the fee I paid.

Nice express hotel. The only concern is the sound isolation of the building is not good. You can hear the sound of walking in hallway and upper floor unit, and especially the shower next to your room.

Check-In was supposed to be at 3 p.m. Showed up around 2:40 and were told we needed to wait until three p.m. which was fully understandable. Went to the store and returned at 3:10 p.m. and were told our room was not ready. They said it would be about 1/2 hour. We returned again at 3:45, and the room was still not ready. We did not check in until after 4:00 p.m.

The lobby looks new but the stairway and elevator smell really bad. Mattress is extremely soft and hurt my back so much. The sofa bed is even softer. Some options are available during the breakfast, but the pancake machine was not functioning most of the time. I won't recommend it to anyone.
