Sink didn't drain--had to pull out the plug which was full of hair and gunk. Elevator--very close to our room--chirped and sounded like a bird stuck somewhere. Took a bit to realize it was the elevator going up/down.

Stayed in room 685. Great view of the falls. Large, quiet room. Neat, clean and modern appearance. Breakfast is typical mid level hotel food with scrambled eggs, waffle machines, coffee, juice and cold ceral. Biscuits were better than average. Gravy average. Bed was very comfortable.

The property was okay. But there wasn’t anywhere to hang multiple towels. The bathroom was not very clean. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was pretty good. I would stay there again. The river walk was beautiful.

They are doing a great job remodeling. Great room. Our problem was we were put on the floor where pets are allowed. Having no traveling pets the odor on couch made the room smell.

The staff were very accomadating when we had to go back downstairs after finding thenweather stripping on the balcony doors was bad and lead to an awful whistling sound. Otherwise a pleasant experience

Got to the Hotel and check in was easy and the gal was nice! Got to the room and that was a whole different story! For ONE, the floors were so gross. There were stains all over the carpet the entry room floor, which was vinyl linoleum had soda on it to wear. I was seriously sticking to the floor and I went and got some tissue and wet it to clean it up. Them floors were so dirty. It was disgusting. I go in the restroom, there’s toothpaste and who knows what else all over the mirror hair in the back the toilet was even disgusting. It had hair and piss on it. The windows on the inside had boogers smeared on them. The bedding was not changed. I went down, spoke with the receptionist got a different room , that room was better but still they need to clean their carpets. They’re disgusting. There was no way I was taking my shoes off to walk on the carpet! For what I paid it was a little ridiculous for something to be that filthy. They really need to teach people how to clean them rooms. After being in the car for two days straight, that really was not a relaxing place to go to.

Located right by the river so we were able to take a wonderful walk at sunset. Room is beautifully decorated but was visibly dirty. There was a layer of dust and watermarks on the table; clumps of dirt on the floor around the coffee table; stain on bathroom wall; and a loose pillow case made into the bed. This was very disappointing considering the amazing service at check-in. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful
