"I was in Colorado for a workshop in Golden I was attending with two other friends, also from out of state. We wanted to be able to hangout before & after the daily activities. This was an excellent place to do that. The 3 bed / 2 bath set up on two levels offered a nice blend of private and shared areas, including the game room and deck. "Very nice property and a great location. The unit is a short walk to the River Run area and Main Street and we went down each day to explore and have dinner. The kitchen is well provisioned with everything needed. VRBO did not provide check-in and access information. The owner was extremely responsive, immediately providing the needed information. We would stay here again."

"The condo is updated with attractive furnishings and artwork. We stayed for two months so we appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer, and garage, to store our motorcycle. There are pretty views of the mountainside and it’s just a short walk to River Run village, where there are shops and restaurants. We had one issue with the kitchen faucet which was not resolved quickly. We had to shut off the cold water valve because it was leaking from the base and then the hot water would just dribble...

"Excellent house and location in Breckenridge. Main Street within walking distance and short drive to the ski lifts. House was as described. We really enjoyed the living room and kitchen/dining areas for our family. Super comfortable house. Will stay here again on our next trip to Breck."

"This was a great house! We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to walk to downtown Breckenridge. Enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment - nothing in the kitchen for house guests other than salt and pepper. No paper goods, foil, Ziplock bags, etc. Most house rentals have these things, along with basics in the kitchen."

"Beautiful area and home. There was room for everyone and we made some great memories. We went water rafting, rode the gondola and went hiking, went to Walden and saw Moose and Antelope. Went to Estes Park and saw several Elk while we were there. Everyone had a great time. "

"The house was even better in person. Views were spectacular. Gorgeous lake. We saw a moose with 2 babies in the yard/lake. It is a haul up the mountain but worth it. We had Naughty Cooking Co come cook dinner one night - great food and service - highly recommend! Hosts were wonderful and very communicative. "
