"First of all it's got ALOT of space! It's very well appointed and has all the amenities. The bathroom floors are heated...you don't realize how wonderful that is until you are standing on it. We slept on the master bed on the second (main) floor. The bed was VERY comfortable, and I have back issues and fibromyalgia. The hot tub was so warm and it was so nice after a long day. It snowed on us the first night while being in it. Pretty romantic. The bottom floor has two more good sized bedrooms...

"We booked this verbo so we could take the grandkids to go on the Polar express ride not realizing the location was 2 minutes away. It is also 6 minutes away from downtown golden. What an adorable downtown ♥️. This verbo is so close to anything you want to do in Colorado. Will book it again since we travel to Colorado a lot! "

"Everything great on checkin I knew about the only negative before I got there- stairs It’s a long trek with heavy bags from garage to upstairs bedrooms Accommodations are great "

"Golden House was perfect for our family. Each room has its own bathroom, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was so nice, great family room. It was a wonderful stay in a great location, walkable to downtown and a grocery. Wonderful stay and so clean!! "

"Our favorite parts about this house were the location and hot tub. With the free shuttle to town/the mountain, a 15 min walk to town, and a 5 minute walk to a grocery store it was very easy to get around! The house can sleep 8, but 2 of the bunk beds are essentially in the hallways upstairs so there is no privacy. The house was very clean and the property managers were response when we had questions. The kitchen/living room is spacious and easy for a big group. I would highly recommend this...

"Our family liked the homey atmosphere, the personal touches of the house, being out near Red Rock and the hiking nearby. We even saw deer one early evening eating grass near the house. This home and the surroundings gave us many great memories which we will cherish. Thank you Dennis!"
