"The stay was quite uncomfortable making us leave after the first night. Had to sleep and move about the apartment dressed in layers due to cold and clammy temperatures. Host stated that the municipality would not allow turning on the heating system during the month of May but then turned on the heaters anyway when we complained about the cold temperatures…only to wake up in the middle of the night freezing and finding the heaters turned off again. "From the beginning there was an excellent Communication with the Hosts and very familiar and charming persons. The Apartment was huge and in a very good and perfectly clean condition - unusual that nothing was missing. The Shop just below is a Gift and saved a lot of time - can only recommend this Place 10 out of 10 points from us we has a Great Holiday"

"We loved our two nights in Sirmione and clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. We walked to the castle the first evening and then swam on the west side while watching the sunset. The second day we swam on the east side and then the west side. Both were less than a 15 min walk from the place. The unit fit our family of 5 well and our son thought the pullout couch in the living room was comfortable. Just wish I would have figured how to close the outside window blinds to shield the light."

"Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"We had a truly wonderful time with Francesco. This place is huge! So much incredible outdoor and indoor space. A fully stocked kitchen, nice little pool, fig trees and more. It's about 10 mins drive from both Bardolino and Garda, so it makes having a car a must. Most of the best restaurants are away from the water, so it was nice to be where we were. The place is very rustic. Don't expect the fanciest appliances but it has everything you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"This is a clean 2 bed-room apartment in a great location with awesome, caring hosts, an adorable dog named oscar and a mellow turtle. The hosts provide you with anything you might need and even put a bowl of fresh fruit and a bunch of fresh basil leaves on the table for us to enjoy. There‘s an abundance of dishes, plates, cups and glasses to use. The appartment is located within a complex with a number of different parties living there. "Bij aankomst schrok ik van de muffe lucht in het huis. Ook waren er geen twee slaapkamers maar in een studio twee ruimtes afgeschermd met luxaflex. Totaal geen privacy en dat met allemaal pubers. De douche ruikt vreselijk muf en is alleen te bereiken langs het slaap gedeelte beneden. De slaapbank is niet voor twee personen geschikt en als je deze uitklapt staat deze naast de keuken en heb je weinig f ruimte over. Tuin bank was ingezakt. "Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut. Die Geräusche der nahen Hauptstraße hört man schon erheblich. Leider wurde der Pool während unseres Aufenthaltes im September abgedeckt. Wir hätten den gerne noch genutzt, auch wenn die Temperaturen nur bei ca. 20 Grad lagen. "
