"We really enjoyed our stay at Odysis Onna Beach Resort. Staff were very kind and spoke English. We had a room on the 4th floor with a balcony and a lovely ocean view. The room was large, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning and dehumidifier kept it cool inside. We loved the two person jacuzzi tub and shower room! The fridge was a good size and there was also a freezer. While there was a cooktop, the kitchenette was not set up to cook in as there were no pots or pans....

The property was over two kilometers from "downtown" Nago, which involved either a brisk half hour walk or a wait at the nearby bus stop."

"We always like to stay here when coming up to the northern part of Okinawa because it is affordable, a good location, and gives us separate sleeping areas for our large family. This time we discovered a shelf in the lobby of extra supplies that we could borrow during our stay that made a big difference, things like salt and pepper, extra trash bags, cooking oil, sponges, and an adapter. "Overall, spacious and good acoomodation to stay with a large family. However, there were way too many bugs, cockroaches and geckos inside and outside of the property… The hotel basically said it is inevitable due to the climate condition of the island. For me, bugs were tie breaker so I probably won’t stay here again 😂"

It’s long enough for the property, but does not extend beyond that. The hotel does not have a fitness room. The indoor pool requires extra fee. The street has no sidewalk to walk around. There is no bus. Going places requires Taxi rides. My booking includes free taxi transportation from and to the airport...

"I thought the hotel is very nice. It has a nice size clean beach, but not one was swimming in it. I also didn’t get to swim myself. People did use the beach for pictures and walking around. It’s long enough for the property, but does not extend beyond that. The hotel does not have a fitness room. The indoor pool requires extra fee. The street has no sidewalk to walk around. There is no bus. Going places requires Taxi rides. My booking includes free taxi transportation from and to the airport which can cost 6,000 to 10,000 yen each way if not included. Breakfast buffet at Hana Hana was excellent. I didn’t eat everything there, but I enjoyed what I ate. The atmosphere was good. It’s a nice relaxing hotel with very little to do. If your goal is to relax and bask in the views and enjoy what the resort has to offer in an environment with few people, it might be a great resort for you. I think the beach and the pool were under utilized when I was there. I would like to see entertainments at night like cultural performances as what they do in Mexico and Hawaii. Also, there are no tours that pick up at the hotel. Besides the breakfast buffet included in my booking, the food was expensive at all the restaurants even with the high dollar exchange rate. Nonetheless, it’s still less expensive than Hawaii. It can help you stay within your weight goal while on vacation though ;) "

"We had an amazing four days. The suite was fantastic with great views of the ocean. Lots of activities for the children. Breakfast was great. The Okinawan buffet and show was a lot of fun. Would highly recommend."
