This is a new property so everything is new and nice. The desk personnel were very nice It was very quiet in our room.

Loved the room, neat, tidy and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. Everything you need in the room, was there.

This is a beautiful and quiet hotel with amazing hospitality. It offers great set breakfast options, and the garden is definitely worth a visit.

What a beautiful and spacious property, with Japanese garden, a few buildings, multiple restaurants, great buffet breakfast, lovely lounges. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Our concierge was just outside our room, so she sweetly helped us with our questions. The room was outstanding— spacious, comfortable. We had everything we needed. A short walk to the subway and trains. A perfect hotel for us.

LARGE room, bathtub! LOTS of amenities e.g. all the toiletries, bath salts, pajamas to use each night, turn down with water and chocolate. welcome sweets. GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive! location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace
