"The hotel is easy to find and close to the subway. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The available amenities are great. I was unable to use the spa due to my tattoos (which is a common thing in Japan) so i can not speak to that area. "

"Connected to the terminal through the building with interesting shops and resturants inside. Decent room size, clean, modern and amazing view (was on the top floor) skytree and tokyo tower view. And this was just a standard room. Amazing service and Onsen was awesome too, for an airport hotel. We used to stay at another airport hotel but we always stay at this one now if we are flyong out of Haneda. "
