"Great for early morning flights. I feel warm and uncomfortable when the retractable privacy cover is close. I slept with no shirt on and have to leave the cover open to let the cool air circulate inside the pod. I like the privacy of each shower cubicle. There’s a locker for one standard check in luggage and one carry on bag. Some extra space for a small backpack. No room for extra large baggage. "

"I had never stayed in a traditional Japanese hotel (I would call this a bed and breakfast) before, so this was really a nice experience. The building is in immaculate condition and it's very clean. It does have common bathrooms, so that was a bit of a surprise. The couple who runs the Fukurou Tei are nice and very helpful. The wife was also fluent in English, which helped me quite a bit. "I really enjoyed my stay at the Daishin Ryokan the staff were very nice and spoke good English. I had a room over looking the river and it is easy to walk to from the train station. The hotel is not new but that is what is really good about it it has a lot of personality and character but if you want modern it is probably not for you but really liked it thanks for a great stay"
