"We had a lovely one night stay in Palazzo Bellezia suites. We arrived early in Turin and were able to leave our bags at the desk. When we came back later on, they were in our room waiting for us. "Our stay was really lovely. Olivia couldn’t have been more helpful, contact around our queries and check in was super quick and friendly. The property is stunning and really great value for money. It is very central so was handy for us as we only visited the city for 2 nights. The only semi negative thing I’d say is the mattress is very firm - which I found uncomfortable but I appreciate this is personal preference! I’d recommend this apartment and Q71 to friends! "

"Good location. Stayed in loft on top floor - it was huge. A view of rooftops only. No balcony. Only drawback was the shower in a tub with a small glass door that didn't keep all the water in. Also, shower pressure and heat was sporadic. Don't give you coffee pucks on second day unless you pay for them."
