"Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! "

"Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. It would be a big plus too have a couple more hooks and shelves in the bathroom to be able to place things. Another chair in the main living area would be helpful. Plan to bring everything with you. The description did not mention parking or assistance with this so it was annoying to find out that you can park outside on the single yellow during certain times - neighbours park there though knowing it is a rental. "We are in our early 60’s and stayed for 4 nights at the end of May 2024. Great central location, out of the door and into the massive park, brilliant for dogs. "A lovely property, perfectly equipped for a short break. Cath had supplied everything we could ask for and more. The only issued was the lack of comfortable seating when the sofa bed was left as a bed. Jen the dog was an absolute delight. Road from property seems to be a single track speedway with car users reluctant to slow down for dog walkers. We loved our stay and found it a perfect base for Brands Hatch."

"We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The staff always had a friendly smile, the room was perfect (bed was a bit lumpy), there was a convenient store across the street that was open until midnight with plenty of other local pubs and pastry shops, and it was a 10-15 minute walk to the tube. We would definitely stay here again."

"Perfect location and has everything you could need. It has a full kitchen, as well as a dish washer and washing machine. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they give you a nice little treat bag when you check in and check out. They don't come to clean the rooms and change the linens every day, which I appreciate- I have always thought that's excessive and wasteful. If you would like to have your room cleaned, all you have to do is ask. Very easy and more sustainable. I'd definitely stay here...
